F.A.A.A. members participated in their first immersion-style tactical last weekend at “Schlacht im Hurtgenwald” near Greensboro, NC. It was quite an event! Both American and German troops got very little sleep as they got to experience foxhole living and patrols at all hours of the night. The Americans literally fought an uphill battle to reach German positions the next day.
